During her presentation, Bourqia highlighted the multidimensional nature of Moroccan reality, stating, "When we try to uncover our reality, we discover that it doesn't only need sociology; it also requires historical context. Our reality is archaeological, with many layers that form our present." She emphasized the influence of culture, customs, and traditions in shaping contemporary Moroccan society, asserting that sociology alone is insufficient to comprehend its complexity.

In "La Société Marocaine Face à la Globalisation" Bourqia explores the process of change through four key lenses: macro-social changes in Moroccan society, the impact of human development discourse, the role of political movements, and the influence of digital communication.

Additionally, Bourqia highlighted the globalization of religion as a significant phenomenon shaping contemporary Moroccan society. The book examines the ways in which religious beliefs and practices transcend territorial boundaries and influence social dynamics on a global scale.

Education emerged as a key topic in Bourqia's book, as she discussed the obstacles faced by Moroccan students and the need for critical thinking in the age of artificial intelligence. "With artificial intelligence, students need critical training to learn how to select pertinent and correct information" Bourqia underlined. She argued for the renewal of certain concepts to keep pace with the rapidly changing world.
