Mhani Alaoui, Moroccan writer and anthropologist is wondering what could a bilateral exchange, between Morocco and the United States mean. In fact, American Schools  are growing in number all over the country. Moroccan students benefit from the “FullBright” scholarship . The youth  are mainly inspired by the American Culture through tv shows, movies and music. All those factual illustrations prove the unbalance of this cultural exchanges. “They have more impact on us than we have on them”, states Mhani Alaoui.

According to Graham Cornwell American Historian and Writer, this relationship between the two countries have created jealousy during some periods in History. One of the stories recounted by Graham Cornwell, was an event happened during the colonial period. The propaganda by the colons against the Moroccan resistant Abdelkrim El Khattabiwas so strong, that it influenced some american volunteers in 1920’s to drop a bomb in a Moroccan region.

Thus, Morocco and The USA never had any conflict of interest that would threaten their relationship. In addition, Karim Bejjit, chairperson at the panel and English teacher at the University Abdelmalek Essaadi, explains that the trade between the two countries has grown resulting in a fast development of the relations in these two decades.
