During a panel at Kitab Space, Youssef Koutari, Franco-Moroccan entrepreneur presented his book “On ne réussit pas tout seul”, with Ouadih Dada the Moroccan journalist, as a moderator.

Serendipity”, is the new word of Youssef Koutari. He means by “Serendipity”, creating the opportunity to succeed, rather than waiting passively for a chance. According to him, this is the main path pushing the young entrepreneur to concretize ideas. In his book, Youssef Koutari explains how everything and everyone around us brings value, either directly or by networking. He also explains that value is not only found but created by a specific project to a target market.

His project, “Kout que Kout”, an inclusive Business school set in France, offers free courses to people living in marginalized areas, where access to higher education is a luxury rather than a right. He strongly believes that the idea of a business is the most valuable intangible asset leading to success. Moving from the big picture to its concretization is a process full of hard work. Dividing the objective into small steps is one of the main keys to its achievement.

In addition, Youssef Koutari insisted that each person is authentic. The more we accept the specificity of each one of us, the better we fit in a society where we complete each other.
